Cathy Cowan takes up new post in Keremeos
Town of Oliver Corporate Officer Cathy Cowan has been hired away. Cowan with 24 years of regional and municipal government experience has been hired as new CAO administrator for the Village of Keremeos. Cowan starts July 6th. Before moving to Oliver – she worked at the Regional District Okanagan Similkameen. She resides in Penticton.
