Laundry room fire prompts quick response in Osoyoos
Mariposa Gardens 8816 Hwy 97 owned by Baltic Properties 26 residents disturbed by smoke at about 9:28 Monday night and relocated to other parts of the 100 bed seniors’ facility. Sprinklers came on to suppress any advancement of the blaze. Osoyoos Fire Department used chemicals to extinguish remaining flames in the a dryer.
