Kyle Louie sentenced to 6.25 years for manslaughter
Kyle Capone Louie appeared in BC Supreme Court this morning before Mr. Justice Austin Cullen. Kyle admitted killing his younger brother Reece Dillinger Louie 4 years ago in Oliver.
