New Chair of the Okanagan Similkameen Region District – Mark Pendergraft of Osoyoos elected by acclamation. Pendergraft replaces Dan Ashton as the board chair and chief spokesman. Below Mayor Manfred Bauer of Keremeos elected as Vice-Chair defeating Oliver Mayor Ron Hovanes in a secret ballot today in Penticton.
