Town crews have drained the ditch until further notice due to some concerns that flood level creek water could damage the concrete ditch near Camp McKinney Road.

About a kilometre of roadway will need to be reconstructed on McKinney. At one spot this morning creek water is still crossing the roadway and has carved new ways of getting down the hill including the creation of new settling ponds.
