I saw only two men on-duty in dark Oliver at 4 a.m.

Parks Manager Bob Grant could not sleep after getting a real scare yesterday with the “little creek” near his office. Fire Department has cordoned off the office area from the parking lot because of high water. The creek has eroded some of the soil near the pool and the culverts had to be cleaned out to make for easier flow down to the river. Bob was on duty when I took the above picture.

The other fool up at the time of the night was me.
