Town of Oliver contractor had one long full day to complete a project on Highway 97 north of Deadman’s Lake. Mike Johnson Excavating Ltd. had to redo completely a road bed on either lane of the highway and then pave it all in one day with traffic flowing through it. Difficult but not impossible.
