Young cougar handcuffed by police
photo Brian Yastremski Discovered in a tree near Okanagan Lake this week – was shot by a Conservation officer with a tranquilizer gun. Once it left a tree and got to the ground he ran off until the drug acted and knocking it out. It was taken away and released far from Penticton.
