WI celebrates 90th birthday in Oliver – small crowd – hot day
Oliver Women’s Institute celebrates a bit of history with a community picnic – scheduled to wrap up at 3pm Saturday with music and a birthday cake. A small crowd of under 30 attended the opening with speeches and an outline of what WI does for the community.
