Look dear, I got a good deal on the tent thingie – I have set it up on the road allowance with a picnic table so we can enjoy the traffic going by…. oh and by the way I parked your new car right on the street for the whole world to enjoy!

Late night for kids in the park
About 250 kids and adults waited for the start of the show at the Oliver Community Park last night – similar size to a crowd in Osoyoos the evening before. “Rango” shown on the big inflatable screen sponsored by the local Boys and Girls Club to an appreciative crowd.

Feds kick in with cheap interest rates on water twinning loans
The Government of Canada has granted 2.5 million dollars to the Town of Oliver’s water utility to complete some of the last phase of water twinning.
