Tulameen Street and Kettle Avenue (pictured) get a overlay of new pavement in the “river” section of Oliver. Road budget allowed for this work to correct some drainage problems when storm rain occurs. More curbing left to be done. No underground infrastructure needed to be done which cuts the cost of a complete reconstruction.

Water deaths up 50% in BC

Town of Oliver states campfire ban is in effect
