Kingsmen Construction is building a house across from the curling rink at the corner of 77th. There is a double garage on the property that has to be removed.

Rather than break it up and take it to the landfill, we will give it away for a $50 donation to the Brittany Michaud Fund.

The garage is in great condition, has good trusses and measures 20 ft x 28 ft, two sectional garage doors, one electric and one manual.
