This is called “west arm of the Okanagan” a creek that surfaces from the wet water table forms a creek, goes under the Highway heading to larger oxbows that pool the water slowing it down. By the time it gets to the river it has fueled the aquifer and this year in the basin it might be wet but hopefully not flooding.
