3 staff test positive for Covid at OCC Oliver

A second COVID-19 outbreak at Oliver’s Okanagan Correctional Centre.

 

Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry stated today the community outbreak at the high-security Okanagan Correctional Centre (OCC) in Oliver staff members at the facility tested positive for the respiratory virus.

This is the second outbreak at the facility. An investigation is proceeding to gain more information on contact and spread of the virus.
