I have many amateur photographers who submit pictures for publications.

1. ODN reserves the right to size and edit any photograph sent for publication
2. Many pictures sent have already been edited, sized which actually complicates the procedure on this end
3. Most professional camera-persons know what is desired and send a picture-perfect capture
4. Before I go on – ODN has a reputation – ‘da’ best in pictures whether they mine or SO many others that take better pictures than me.
5. Trust the editor to know what fits the wordpress-website the best!!
6. Rules about copy right, water marking do not really apply here.

Here is the question to be considered. If you send a picture….. you might consider it will be considered for publication.
