The governments of Ontario and Quebec has requested help from Ottawa – soldiers to isolate care homes
In the province of Saskatchewan will institute a 5 phase plan in May to restart the business community and normal life.
Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe says some businesses that were closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic will reopen next month.
Moe announced that his government has a five-phase plan to allow some businesses and services to open their doors.
Moe said the province has managed to keep its infection rate low, which means it can look at relaxing some of the restrictions it introduced last month to slow the spread of the virus.
“If we move too quickly, we risk increasing the spread of COVID-19. If we move too slowly, we risk permanent damage to the livelihoods of thousands of Saskatchewan people.”

Quebec Premier François Legault and Ontario Premier Doug Ford appealed to Ottawa for teams of military personnel to assist with the outbreak of the virus in long-term care homes.
Ford declared the coronavirus was speeding through long-term care like a “wildfire,” and he would like see troops help with staffing.
