Update:
I can confirm a 22 year old man, Michael Shalagan Morsette, of Peachland was arrested in this matter (assault near The Sage Pub) on January 17th and has been charged with aggravated assault. Furthermore, on January 20th – a 22 year old man, of Peachland, was also arrested on this matter.
Charges against the second man have not yet been laid.

A man has been charged with aggravated assault in relation to a violent beating outside an Osoyoos bar in December.
Michael Jordan Shalagan-Morsette is charged with assaulting 31-year-old Kyle Bourdon in December 2019
Bourdon had been drinking at the Sage Pub before leaving.
RCMP say Bourdon (left) got into a physical altercation with two men who had been at the bar, and was struck in the head with a wine bottle.
He sustained face and skull fractures.
Shalagan-Morsette will return to court to make a plea on Feb. 26.

On December 14, 2019 at 1150 pm, the Osoyoos RCMP responded to a call of a man who was seriously injured on Cottonwood Drive. Through video surveillance we now know the 31 year old victim from Osoyoos was earlier socializing at a pub with three other men and one women. The victim departed the pub before the others who left shortly after. A block away from the pub, the victim and two of the men got into a physical altercation at which time one of the men struck the victim in the head with a wine bottle.
One man has been identified by police as a 22 year old man from Peachland, BC.
