37 year Tyler Winston Thomas Newton of NFA address led police on 3 hour wild chase that day including situations where a spiked belt was used to stop the stolen Jeep. Newton however did not stop and drove on the rims until the vehicle got stuck in soft dirt on a lawn.

With enhanced time off the number of custody days left: – Newton could be out in 14 months.
