On August 16th, 2018 Oliver RCMP received a report of a male who had exposed himself to a female walking on the Hike and Bike trail in Oliver.

The incident took place on the Hike and Bike trail in close proximity to the Oliver Skate Park at approximately 10:00 am. The suspect is described as being in his late teen to early 20’s, approximately 5’10’, with dark brown well groomed curly hair, a light complexion and a athletic build wearing a blue/grey t-shirt and checkered blue shorts.

Oliver Detachment received 2 simular complaints in 2017 and it is believed that all these incidents are related. The suspect appears to be targeting adult females and is non aggressive.
