Update from RCMP -Driver extricated from vehicle

On Aug 16th, 2018 at 12:55 am Oliver RCMP were called to a serious single vehicle accident on Tucelnuit drive.  The lone male driver was extracted and taken to hospital. Speed and alcohol appear to be a factor in this accident. The investigation is ongoing.

Time 1:28 am Thursday – Oliver Fire Department called

Location Tuc el nuit Drive at Crest-a-way Rd

Vehicle southbound, left roadway, airborne, bounced off ground, flipped, crashed through wood fence between two homes.

Many police officers, Oliver Fire Department and EMS on scene. Took about 20 minutes to open up the car.

Debris field extensive with a piece of the windshield on the main roadway some distance from impact.
