Background: Park Place residents had left the building on the recommendation of an engineer hired by strata.

Canadian Wetlands Inc. proposed to help the residents get back into the building – supplying services and advice.

Ultimately, the owners of KAS 6690 contracted  – Greyback Construction of Penticton – to fix building’s structural problems and then owners moved back in.

 
(A letter dated June 1, 2018 – informed the Strata of legal action written on Oliver Landing stationary and signed by Senior Project Manager David Perehudoff.  ODN is in possession of a second statement of claim with the same registry #  for Oliver Landing Development Corporation Box 1290 Oliver BC.
