Scoop – did you not see two pumps on hike and bike trail recently – (bottom picture)

Pumps relocated by owners of the homes affected – much better engineering they said. RDOS had installed the original 2 earlier this week. ???

Reminds me of Willowbrook residents who opened up roads to let water flow (their own equipment) when MOTI said  “what’s the problem???
