Mark Woods, Community Services Manager at the RDOS says the level of water impounded behind the roadway (Secrest Hill Rd) has dropped 6 feet from its high point in the past when residents were evacuated below in Sportsman Bowl. At the moment two pumps are assisting the enhanced flow of three culverts funneling water over the falls.
