A walker on the hike and bike path sent this picture from an incident at 8:45 am Monday morning. The surface is the entrance to the pedestrian walking bridge on the river.

The trail is NO motorized vehicles, unless it is a vehicle of Town of Oliver, Oliver Fire Department or the
Ministry of Forest, Lands and Natural Resource Operations (Environment and Parks)
