Interesting statistics I cannot argue with. But – were the same measuring tools used in 1921 and 2012 ?
The graph shows wet years and dry years – with no real and predictable pattern. All you can do is plan for dry periods and wet periods and as one person said today – be proactive – and just not re-active. Have policy in place for both – constantly upgrade your infrastructure – And limit growth whenever possible allowing Mother Nature to re-tune with each curve ball sent her way.
