Above the road is useable – for local traffic only
Allen Lamb, lives on a small farm just east of the SOSA gun and target range. Lamb is concerned with the amount of water flowing past his home. He says it is at least twice as much as last year. He says his greatest fear is that the road above Sportsman’s Bowl will wash out and a debris flow will result.
