The South Okanagan Naturalists’ Club invites regional amateur photographers to submit photos of the beauty, landscapes, flowers and wildlife of the Regional District of Okanagan Similkameen (RDOS) to the club’s inagural photography contest. More than $4,000 in prizes is up for grabs for winning photos in the following categories: waterfowl; other birds; landscapes – natural landscapes; fauna – wild animals; flora – wildflowers and plants of all types; and invasive species. A panel of three distinguished judges will review the submissions in each category and select the winners. The contest runs from March 1 to July 15, 2018.
