Transport Canada is looking to carry out a reno/expansion of Penticton’s airport terminal. The end project would be over 10 thousand square feet of construction.
The budget set has upper limit of $5.4 million dollars. No tender has been accepted to our knowledge.

Work Description:
Work under this Contract covers renovation and upgrades to Penticton Regional Airport building at Penticton. Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following items covered further in the Contract documents.
– Hazardous Materials abatement
– Selective Demolition
– New interior construction
– Building additions
Security area will be expanded, beefed up and include washrooms. Some parts of the present configuration will be changed. Completion 20 months after award of tender.
