Kiwanis Host Annual Junior Bonspiel
The Oliver Curling Club hosted their Annual Junior Bonspiel on Saturday Feb 10th.
Rosemary Pritchard representing the Kiwanis presented the winning team, skipped by Matt Lowry from Penticton with their medals.

 
The A side of the Bonspiel featured teams from Oliver, Summerland, Penticton and from as far away as Merrit and Kelowna.
On the B side the 8 players changed teams – each game and scores were awarded as individuals. The overall winner of the B side was Craig Aitchison of Summerland.

 
As it was Family Day Weekend all family members were treated to a wonderful lunch prepared by Sylvia Lowe and Tony Murray.
The Oliver Curling Club is a busy place and will once again have its doors open to visitors when it hosts the Annual Combined Bonspiel from Feb 16 – 18th.  Spectators are welcome.
