Knodel to run again for Regional District director position


Rick Knodel is the alternate director – Area C RDOS Oliver
3 years ago he ran for election but was defeated by Terry Schafer, the present incumbent.
Knodel says he has been urged to run – has learned a great deal about the Regional District and how it operates.
Schafer has not indicated that he will run again.
Nearby Director Tom Siddon, 75 of Kaleden (Area D Ok Falls, Kaleden, Apex, Twin Lakes, Heritage Hills) has indicated he will be retired for sure …after 40 plus years as a politician in Richmond, Ottawa, Penticton and RDOS.
The next civic/regional election is in October of this year.
