I could be wrong but this indicates a huge interest in what exactly is happening. Statistically the 10 to 1 rule is often invoked. You could also say a huge amount of people really do not care or don’t want to use comments or polls to communicate. We respect your wishes.
ODN has not taken a stand on this issue –  but loves to clarify the issue with Yes and No people.
