Michael Fitzwilliam Welsh ( Mott and Welsh – Penticton) named Q.C. yesterday by the province of BC. Welsh had a practice in our end of the valley many years after graduating from law school in 1980.
Only 7% of practicing BC lawyers have that designation.
Welsh is primarily a criminal court lawyer. Served in a number of position in the BC and Canadian Bar Association
