Remembrance Day Assembly

SOSS welcomed the Royal Canadian Legion of Oliver, to honor those who have served and those who are still serving. The Legion was welcomed onto the stage of the Frank Venables Theater, to speak a few words to our students about serving our veterans and to promote remembrance.

Each student was given a poppy before entering the theater, to show their appreciation of the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Lest we forget, we will remember them.
