Penticton Indian Band struggling with holding on to its elected councillors.
Two of them resigned recently because of conflicts with new jobs acquired and 3 others resigned in protest to the present Chief and administration. That included former Chief Jonathan Kruger and long time councillors Tim Lezard and Joseph Pierre.
New chief Chad Eneas says the administration of the Band will continue its work while the band seeks 5 new councillors. A by-election date this fall will be established soon.
