Hester Creek runs down Road 11 into several culverts until it hits Okanagan River.

All the exposed culverts are being cleaned at the moment to allow as much water as possible to flow east.

No homes appear to be in danger. RCMP, Helicopters, Oliver Fire Department, Town of Oliver crews on the scene.

2nd time this week the Irrigation Canal has been breached with mud and debris. Some water users concerned about the lack of water. Lucky the season is not hot so far. Much work to clear the mud and debris so that water can flow in the canal at full capacity.
