Publisher’s note: One reader pointed out ( not delicately ) that the figures don’t reflect a true picture. A bit more research on my part found that a Building Permit issued in November 2015 for the new Osoyoos fire hall in the amount of $5.6 million.

Without considering that – the figures for both years almost the same. Old argument statistics, statistics etc…
