Each unit based on floor space is assigned a different levy – the average being less than $12,000.
Owners met Saturday to have a discussion on the current situation. Greyback Construction of Penticton on hand to answer questions about a proposal they would make (this week). Unexpectly, another construction company spoke briefly of another option.
The Greyback proposal mentioned above sent to all owners Tuesday.
