Southern Okanagan Secondary School won’t attend provincials as the Valley championship, but is still in the running to win a BC title.

The Hornets fell in straight sets to Fulton this morning in a Semifinal match at the BC High School Boys Valley AA Volleyball Championships, being held in the SOSS Main Gym.

After straight-set wins over Princess Margaret and Sa-Hali, SOSS found itself in tough against the province’s fifth-ranked team, falling in straight sets to Fulton from Vernon.

The other Semifinal had GESS beating Seaton in straight games.

SOSS and Seaton will now meet in the Bronze medal game, which begins at 1:45 p.m.

The winner will advance to the provincials in Langley.

ESS and Fulton will meet in the Gold Medal game later today.

The top three teams advance to provincials.
