Mythen told ODN:
This year Knights of Columbus are again undertaking a Christmas Hamper Campaign we are looking for donations of non-perishable goods along with monetary gifts.
(cheques can be sent to Knights of Columbus/Hamper Project, mail to P.O. Box 343 Oliver B.C., V0H 1T0.)
The original campaign started 45 years ago and we provided hampers for 10 families, last year 2015 we filled over 200 hampers and we are expecting at least that again this year
In order to fulfill the needs of those less fortunate we will be placing boxes at different locations throughout Oliver for donations of non-perishable items along with a box for children’s toys at the Bargain store located here in Oliver
