The Remembrance Day Service took place today at the Sonora Community Centre in Osoyoos.

All seats were taken for the one-hour service, which included an address from Rev. Steve Hershey, the Psalm by Mayor Sue McKortoff, In Flanders Fields by Cde. Sandra Holgate, and hymns played by the school band.

Cde. Dr. R. Ritchie presided over the Service.

The Honour Roll included James W. Billings, Thomas Duncan, Campbell Leckie, Harold Dore, Ronald King, Kenneth Tweedy and George Jmaeff.

A Service followed at the Cenotaph in front of Osoyoos Town Hall.
