Entertainment and education combined at Sen Pok Chin

yasmin-one22Yasmin John-Thorpe recently visited the Osoyoos Indian Band school – senpaqcin – Kindergarten, Grades one and two students were entertained with her Arizona Desert animals book and the Grades 4 – 7 with her historical story on the Canadians’ WWI battle to win Vimy Ridge from the Germans.
