Day of the Dead opening at Penticton’s Shatford Centre, on Saturday October 29, from 1 to 5 pm. Continues until November 6th. You may have heard that several artists from Oliver are participating in the Altar Installation.

Day of the dead is the day to celebrate your ancestors that have past. The Sagebrushes will have an altar on display this year. Lillian Mitchell has created this amazing Arch for the top of the altar, surrounded by Marigolds to show the ancestors the way to the next world.
