Drones

Drones have become big business. Many are fascinated with what they can do, whether for recreation or for business. Word has it that you can buy a drone that automatically will head for home and the charger if the battery gets too low.

Ever felt that your own body’s “battery” is low? You’ve just had too much stress, too many responsibilities or too many frustrations. You just wish you could go somewhere to recharge. You are so drained. Maybe we can learn from this drone? We just have to head for home. But where is home when you are emotionally and spiritually drained? It’s time to recall the words of Jesus who said, “Come to Me all you who labor and are heavy laden, I will give you rest”. That is a huge promise. Can He really do that? Could it be that we are trying to do on our own strength what we were never meant to undertake? Could it be that He can provide the wisdom we need to sort things out, drop some commitments or find a better way to deal with them?

When your battery is low turn around and come home for recharging.
