Oliver man, 33 year Jason Adam Poulin is off to prison after pleading guilty to a number of charges laid out on four informations ( charges laid by Osoyoos police and others by Oliver RCMP )

40310 – 60 days (Breach of recognizance)

43744 – 210 days (Theft and Assault causing bodily harm) – Osoyoos

43978 – 575 days (Theft and not stopping after an accident) – Oliver July 15, 2016 north of Rd. 13

43979 – 10 days (Breach of recognizance)

Some of the sentences concurrent but will result in time spent in a federal penitentiary drug program.

Both relate to two incidents – both serious involving theft and injury to victims.
