Two former employees of the Oliver Chronicle are setting up shop in Oliver to publish OKANAGAN PRESS – a monthly periodical that will be distributed all over the Okanagan.

Dale Cory who came to the Oliver Chronicle as an associate publisher in July 2014 and Derrick Robson, as a graphic and production worker will have a first issue in October.

The freely distributed newspaper has been around for a couple of months August/September issues published by the owner Valerie Winger who owns the Whitecourt Press in Alberta.

The Okanagan Press newspaper lists a Keremeos address but will operate out of the mini-mall in Oliver once renovations are complete.
