On Tuesday August 23, 2016, Mr. Melvin Ronald (Mel) Ball of Oliver passed away at the South Okanagan General Hospital with his special friends at his side at the age of 76 years.

Mel was predeceased by his parents and brother Vernon.

He is survived by his children including Stephen, Graham, Lindsay and Lenore Cooper; four grandchildren and his brother Calvin as well as his close friends.
