Semi and SUV collide north of Rd 16

Police and ambulance on the scene, one person treated.

RCMP statement Tuesday: No serious injuries in this collision. A white BMW SUV attempted to cross the highway and failed to yield for an oncoming tractor trailer unit. A passenger in the SUV was transported to SOGH for non life threatening injuries. The driver of the SUV was issued a violation ticket.
