Development Permit Variance Application – Ellcar Ventures – final hurdle passed to allow this 19 lot single family home development on the Meadows. The variance allows for the roof to cover all patio’s rather than a separate application for light metal patio covers. A covenant prevents enclosing those patio’s and set no precedent for other development in the community.
