Mr. Justice S. Dev Dley (Kamloops) of the BC Supreme Court said he will hear the change-of-venue application in Penticton later this week.

Pier Louis Robotti and his sister, Grace Elinor Robotti, are each charged with the second-degree murder of Roxanne Louie in January 2015. Both are in their 60s.

The 26-year-old Louie was a member of the Osoyoos Indian Band but re-located to Vancouver. She was visiting family over the Christmas holidays. Her body was discovered in the woods near Naramata.

Court documents released this morning indicate a hearing on Friday.
