The Board of Education – School District 53 will call for a by-election November 5th to elect one new trustee for the Osoyoos area.

June Harrington resigned recently – it was disclosed today that her letter of resignation handed in July 19th. Harrington has served about 26 years as an elected official.

The meeting to make a by-election official – will be held Thursday August 18th at 8 a.m.
